Preparation of chicken soup
1. First take a frying pan. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Rinse the chopped chickens well and drain the water. When the oil is slightly hot, leave the chickens in the oil.

10. Stir for a while and take the previously separated chicken stock and chicken pieces. When it boils, cover it with a lid with testing salt to taste. Take it down after 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves on top before unloading.
