Bay leaves - 1 to 2
Coconut picking - 1/2 to 1 cup
Almonds - 10 to 12
Pesto nuts - 10 to 12
Wood nuts - 5 to 6
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Preparation method
(1) First of all, Binni rice should be washed well. Soak the rice in water for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. It is best if the rice can be soaked overnight before making paise.
(2) Now take the amount of milk in a nonstick pan and heat it well. Keep on medium heat. When the milk starts to boil, add binni rice in it. Before giving milk, you can break it lightly by pressing it with your hands. It will be very interesting to see the time of serving.
(3) Now add sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaves in the milk one by one. When the milk boils, reduce the heat of the stove and keep stirring.
(4) Slowly reduce the heat of the stove when the milk is halved. Take a few rice with a spoon and see if the rice is cooked well.
(5) Now put the frying pan in another oven. Pour 1 teaspoon of ghee in it. The fire in the stove will be very low. Now add coconut in ghee. Shake and fold lightly.
(6) Now put the folded coconuts in the milking pot. Shake well and shake again.
(6) Before unloading, spread the date powder on the paise with your hands. Now shake well again.
(6) Now pour the pies into a pot. Spread saffron, cashews, pesto, or almonds on top.
