There are some things about cooking or food that we have made ourselves. I think the work was done easily. Not really. This creates more problems. Here are some of the 'secrets' in the kitchen that can make your job a lot easier.



1. It is important to take care of what is being kept in the fridge of the house. There are some fruits or vegetables that we keep in the fridge to store for a long time. It is better to keep apples, bananas, tomatoes, or potatoes outside without refrigerating them. Because these fruits or vegetables stay good outside for a certain period of time. At lower temperatures, the potatoes become sweeter.




2. Many people make the mistake of keeping meat in the fridge. Frozen meat should not be refrigerated. It is also wrong to put meat in a pot with water. The meat soaked in hot water is refrigerated but the taste is lost. So keep fresh ice-free meat in the fridge. The taste will be fine.


3. It is not right to use a blender in mashed potatoes. Many people do it to make mashed potatoes better. Grind the potatoes in a blender so much that the normal appearance of the potatoes is lost. You can use a manual machine instead of mashed potatoes.

4. We usually choose the door of the fridge to keep milk or juice in the fridge. However, milk should not be kept in the refrigerator door. This is because the temperature in the door is higher than inside the fridge. Again, regular opening and closing of the door reduces the stability of the milk.



5. Many people keep long noodles or pasta steeped in hot water while boiling. The lower part of the water is boiled first. The upper part is relatively less boiled. So after leaving the noodles or pasta in the hot water of the oven, shake it with a stick and dip it. It will boil evenly.



6. The oven door cannot be opened before the scheduled time by leaving food to bake in the oven. If you open the door repeatedly while making bread or cake, check that the temperature of the oven is not right, this will cause the bread or cake to swell less than usual. Also, if you need to check the oven for making pastries, open it for a short time.



7. It is better to keep food in glass jars. And it is important to keep one thing in mind before putting food in the jar if the jar is not completely filled and left a little empty, the food is good. The issue of keeping this empty is again the same amount in each type of food. For example, keep 1 to 3 mm empty jars of jam or jelly, keep 10 to 15 mm empty jars when storing fruits or tomatoes. If it is a low acid food, keep the space between 25 and 30 mm.
8. While cooking, many of us are frying eggs in the same frying pan, in which we are cooking the meat again. That's not right at all. Companies make different sizes of cooking utensils based on the cooking materials. The fry pan in which you will make the pancakes will be a little wider. Its floor will be relatively thin. Again when cooking the meat, you have to choose a slightly higher pan with a thick bottom.


9. There are many types of knives like cooking pans. One type of knife for each job. A kind of knife for grinding bread on the breakfast table and a separate knife for cutting fish. Recognize meat, vegetable, and fruit cutting knives before buying. This will make your job easier.

10. Chopper board or cutting board is one of the most useful materials in the kitchen. Any type of vegetable, fish, meat, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic can be easily cut on the cutting board. However, this cutting board should also be used in multiple sizes. Because vegetables or fruits should not be cut on the raw fish or meat cutting board. Raw meat contains a lot of bacteria, which easily enter the fruit.
