It's raining cats and dogs outside. The mind may want to cook and eat something good in the weather that is suddenly cold in nature. And on a rainy day, no food should be eaten except khichuri. If you have fried hilsa and fried chicken with it, then there is no point!

Roasted khichuri



Ingredients:

 200 gms of polao rice, 100 gms of fried mug dal, 2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste, ginger, hot spices, a few bay leaves, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp oil, salt, sugar, to taste, 4 green chillies. -5 and the amount of water.

Method:

Put oil in the pot. Add whole hot spices and bay leaves. Add polao rice, fried and boiled mugdal. When it is fried, add half onion and ginger-garlic paste. Cover with an adequate amount of water. If one cup is a mixture of rice and pulses, then one and a half cup of water should be given. Before unloading, add green chillies, salt and onion. This khichuri will be as neat as polao. Sprinkle ghee on top and serve.

Chicken fry

Ingredients:

10 pieces of chicken meat, 2 teaspoons of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 cup of chopped onion, 7/8 sliced ​​green chillies, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 1 cup of oil, hot spice powder (cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, Jayatri, nutmeg) 1 teaspoon. Like the amount of salt, 1 cup of tomato slices.



Method:

In a pan, fry the pieces of meat with oil, light salt and turmeric paste. Now add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and chilli salt in the remaining oil. Add fried meat in seasoned spices. Cook for 10 minutes. When the meat is smooth, put it with hot spice powder, chopped onion and tomato for five minutes. Serve hot.

Crispy fried hilsa

Ingredients:

8 pieces of hilsa fish, 1 teaspoon of ginger juice, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 3 teaspoons of turmeric powder, half a cup of flour, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder (crush), 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 cup chopped onion, 2-3 chopped green chillies, according to the amount of oil for frying.



Method:

Wash the fish well and drain the water. Now mix it well with lemon juice, ginger juice, turmeric, salt and chilli powder. Give soy sauce. After half an hour, roll the grated fish in dry flour. After 5-6 minutes, fry the fish with oil (mustard) in a pan until brown. Now fry the onion and raw chilli in the same oil. Place the fish in a serving dish and spread the fried onions and green chillies on top. If you do not want to eat onion, just give raw chilli.
